About Me

With over ten years' experience as Director of a Training Company, and twenty years' experience as an Associate Trainer, I have worked with many of the UK's leading brands across the IT, Finance and Retail sectors and with public, private, charitable and defence sector clients.

Over recent years I have delivered well over one thousand training sessions on Neurodiversity and Autism to leading UK businesses and a variety of workplaces and charitable organisations.

Being Neurodivergent myself means I speak from a lived experience perspective, and I have learnt much from the thousands of people I have worked with.

In my 'free time'  I have mentored families with autistic children and teens, and deliver low cost training to parents, schools and charities

"Helen was a brilliant trainer. Open, honest and really informative... Really good that Helen was so honest and open and brought personal experience of the topic... Helen gave lots of opportunity to share ideas." (April 2024)

"Brilliant presentation and topic. So beneficial to support change and recognise others' differences." (March 2024)

"It was genuinely the best training I have ever attended I thought it was the perfect balance of information and interaction and felt like such a lovely safe space for discussion and sharing of experiences. I feel like I learnt so much and will definitely be implementing the knowledge going forward, both to help colleagues and guests attending our events.: (September 2023)

"The group work was engaging and helpful to integrate and solidify knowledge gained and plan changes to take away from the training. Helen Eaton did a phenomenal job! She is a wealth of expertise and responded to all questions with a high level of information and consideration." (September 2023)

"Really insightful course. Helen highlights the strengths of Neurodiversity and makes you think about what more we could be doing in the workplace to support our neurodivergent colleagues." (March 2023)

"Helen was a fantastic trainer, a great mix of information and participation to keep us all actively involved with the training. I often find it difficult to concentrate on one topic for so long but was engaged throughout." (March 2023)

"Really inspirational - so much energy to take information back to work and make changes to make us a better organisation."  (March 2023)

"Comfortable, friendly and a real language discussion around autism with real examples...informative in an easy and interesting and engaging way" - (February 2023)

"Helen has really valuable, lived experience of neurodiversity and that helped deliver the material in a relatable way" (October 2022)

"I thought Helen was an amazingly well-informed expert who delivered the training clearly. I think it should be on our training calendar every year. I would definitely recommend her to other organisations."  (September 2021)

"A big thank you - an extremely beneficial training session which has given me a far better understanding of this subject!"  (April 2021)

"From my point of view, I have never attended training before that has so quickly and readily been put into practice. The day after the training it was apparent that staff where more mindful of, and were practically applying, aspects of the training, in particular regarding hypo- and hypersensitivity. "

(March 2019)

"Helen gave relevant and interesting information in a format that was easy to understand. Her passion shone through and her anecdotes and answers to questions were excellent. I have attended lots of autism training in the past and found this to give me new insights I hadn’t had before and have already started to implement what I have learnt in my role. I would highly recommend her training and would attend any thing she offers in the future." (2019)
